Neelam Jeeravan Powder (Poha Masala) is a tangy, aromatic seasoning designed for poha, bhel, murmura, chaat and snack recipes.

Ingredients

Edible Iodised Salt, Coriander, Red Chilli, Black Salt, Cumin Seed, Black Pepper, Dry Ginger, Black Cardamom, Cassia, Turmeric, Cinnamon, Cloves, Asafoetida, Mint Leaves and Aniseed.

How to Use

Sprinkle over prepared poha, bhel, murmura, fruits, salads or chaat and adjust to taste.

Storage

Keep in a cool, dry place and do not use if the packet is not intact.
